In keeping with our dedication to environmentally green working practices and controlling our overhead costs, our team is fully equipped to telework on a flexible basis. This practice also ensures that our Case Managers are available for frequent clinic visits, client meetings, and in-home interviews at various locations throughout the week. Any given day might find a few of us at our Chevy Chase office with prospective clients, while others may be at a clinic with Intended Parents, or on the road to visit a GC candidate in her home prior to matching. We go where we are needed, and we telework when and where it makes the most sense.
Although teleworking allows us a greater degree of flexibility in our work environment, we also appreciate the importance of face-to-face team interaction, and we dedicate time each week to a detailed in-person team meeting. In our weekly team meeting, we gather around the table to review and assess each ongoing client case, point-by-point. In this way we are able to ensure that every team member is aware of the status of every case. We are all here to help you at any time – just a phone call or email away during regular business hours.
